We are seeking a strategic and driven Sales Director to lead and build up our entire sales department. This is a hands-on role, requiring involvement from strategy creation to tactical implementation.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement a scalable sales process from scratch
- Collaborate closely with our leadership and C-suite, providing input on the growth of the business and aligning revenue strategy with overall company objectives
- Construct, forecast, and manage sales activity, leveraging CRM data to drive the pipeline and meet revenue targets and company goals
- Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential prospects through personally-generated research to build a robust sales pipeline
- Understand prospect’s unique needs and pain points, delivering compelling business cases through online demos
- Aggressively expand the customer base, drive sales and generate new revenue
You should apply if you:
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on identity verification, payment solutions or similar technologies
- Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
- Possess expert experience in lead-generation and prospecting
- Demonstrate the ability and experience to create a strategic sales process from scratch
- Are an expert in client relations and sales techniques
- Show a willingness and ability to grow a dynamic and successful sales team
