About Tantum AG
Tantum AG is a regulated electronic money institution (EMI), authorised and supervised by the Financial Market Authority Liechtenstein (FMA). Tantum is the only electronic money institution to have been granted an EMI licence in Liechtenstein in the past five years. Operating across the entire European Economic Area under the EEA passporting regime, Tantum provides e-money and payment services to businesses. Its registered office is at Landstrasse 114, FL-9495 Triesen, Liechtenstein.
As a regulated electronic money institution, Tantum is subject to the Liechtenstein E-Money Act (EGG), the Payment Services Act (ZDG) and supervision by the FMA. Tantum AG is not a bank and does not provide banking services. Tantum does not accept deposits, does not grant loans and does not pay interest. All accounts are e-money accounts used exclusively for payment services in accordance with the E-Money Directive (2009/110/EC). Client funds are safeguarded in accordance with the applicable legal requirements but are not covered by any deposit guarantee scheme.

Published in accordance with Art. 16 EGG in conjunction with the relevant provisions of the Liechtenstein Banking Act (BankG) and the Banking Accounting Ordinance (BankRlV).
