Schedule of fees

You agree that we may deduct our Fees from the amounts we transfer but before those funds are credited to your TantumPay account. When you send or receive a payment, Fees apply depending on:

The type of transaction the payment relates to User
Fees apply for other account activity or events as outlined in this user agreement. In addition to transaction-related fees, we reserve the right to apply an Inactivity Fee for dormant accounts. This Inactivity Fee is charged directly from your TantumPay account balance if no transactional activity is recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

We will provide you with the details of the amounts you receive and our charges in your transaction history (which you can access by logging into your TantumPay account). Unless it is proven that we have made a mistake, all fees are payable by you without set off or other deductions. We may make a charge for any additional services we provide outside this agreement. We will tell you of those charges when you ask for the service.

Set-Up Fee

Definition: The cost of creating an Account via the TantumPay App, including but not limited to the Identification of the identity inside the application.

Definition: The transaction fee for the upload of TantumPay balance using different payment methods.

Definition: The transaction fee for a payment made from an User account to a Merchant.

Definition: A monthly fee charged to Tantum Accounts that have not engaged in any transaction for twelve (12) consecutive months and have a positive Available Balance.

Payment from User to Merchant8.00 Euro per month, starting from the thirteenth (13th) month of inactivity.

This fee is deducted from the account’s Available Balance each month until the balance is depleted. Accounts can avoid this fee by performing at least one transaction within every twelve (12) month period. Detailed instructions for reactivating a dormant account and stopping the inactivity fee will be provided via email or directly within the Tantum Application.

Tantum reserves the right to update Fees from time to time on two months notice. Fees set out in this document may not reflect the latest fee update. The up to date list of Fees is available on https://tantumpay.com/pricing
