The position includes the implementation and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements of the European Union, in particular the EBA (European Banking Authority) and the Liechtenstein supervisory authorities with regard to the business area as a licensed e-money institution.

What you will do

• Setting up compliance and risk management for an e-money institution together with the compliance officer
• Digitalization of second line business processes
• Ensuring that existing and new products, services, processes and tools comply with regulatory requirements and guidelines.
• Ensuring high-quality and timely risk reporting that is based on regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards.
• Organization of risk-relevant processes and assessment of risk-relevant aspects with regard to strategic planning.
• Reporting, notifications and communication with authorities
• Examination of legal documents

You should apply if you

• Have a business or legal degree, experience in auditing and/or banking training
• Have several years of professional experience in risk controlling operational risks / compliance in the banking or financial services environment
• In-depth knowledge of EU legal requirements for the financial sector
• Analytical skills and assertiveness
• Solution- and results-oriented personality with high own quality standards
• Resilience and persistence in achieving goals
